Make a Wish 2013
This year the Galas theme was Magic and the Chef really pushed the envelope. He asked us to create an ice sculpture that featured a likeness of Houdini in a straight jacket wrapped in chains, frozen in a block of ice representing the infamous “Water-Torture Cell trick” and place it in the center of a 30” by20’ ice bar that had over300 lbs of fresh fish, Mollusks and Crustaceans frozen in to serve a s a base for the raw bar.
